Meeting Highlights

…INJURIES

Lucas Paqueta is still unavailable while Michail Antonio has returned to training. It's great having him back training, but he’s still off it in terms of match fitness and being available.

LUCK ON BIG TEAMS

We’ve beaten Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea this year. We’re giving the top teams a game and hopefully we can do the same on Sunday. It doesn’t make me feel more confident, but it makes me feel that we’ve shown we can take points off Arsenal. We’ve scored goals against them and that would be the key again to give ourselves a chance.

…ARSENAL

Arsenal have some really top quality players and Mikel Arteta has done well to make them a top team. We’ll have to work hard and play well again on Sunday.

...INJURIES

We have a few still in contention. Zinchenko and Tomiyasu have been evolving really well, so tomorrow we’ll have another training session. We’re hopeful we’re going to have a few back and that we can put out a very competitive squad out there. Saka has been recovering this week and he looks OK.

...DAVID MOYES

He’s a really experienced manager who’s extremely good at getting the best out of his team. He does it in various ways. He’s extremely good at managing the group, he’s a really competitive manager who understands when you get an edge in the game and wait for the moments in the game to punish you. His trajectory and what he’s done at West Ham is incredible.

...LAST MATCH CELEBRATION

I see a lot of games and in game three, game six, game eight, there are managers and teams celebrating a lot, fans celebrating a lot. It’s so tough to win in this league. For sure, it was a big match for us. You can tell how much it meant from the [first] whistle. You could sense the stadium and the atmosphere very different already. It was a great day.
