Meeting Highlights…OUR RECENT FORM
I think I have tried to be as consistent as I can in saying we have a long way to go, that hasn't changed since the start. In both a positive and negative sense, if you go on the short term stuff you are liable to jump to the wrong conclusions and wrong decisions. Planning for the summer has been in hand for a while. I can understand what the fans are going through. These are the growing pains you go through. As much as you want to avoid it, it is part of the process of growth. For the fans and us as a football club it is important to understand the road forward is a challenging one.
…PREPARATION
We have to block that out. Most important thing is to prepare ourselves for a big challenge. When you get to this time of year most games are for a consequence and we are still fighting for something. You don't want to fall into the trap of expecting something different other than a really tough opponent.
…INJURY REPORT
We are pretty much as we were in terms of player availability from the last match against Liverpool. Nothing has changed.

We have to work hard for our goals. I think we've been constant in raising the amount of chances we've had this season. We know that we have to have players that improve during the season, not players who are ready to make 20 goals. I'd like the numbers to improve, but I'm willing to take the journey with them to get there.

His improvement puts a highlight on everybody else's improvement. In nearly every game he's been at the same level, if not at a better level than the midfielders we have faced. He belongs at this level and he's important for us in every game.
…INJURY REPORT
Maxime Esteve is back in contention after illness meant he was replaced during last week's game against Newcastle. However, Luca Koleosho remains out of contention.
