Meeting Highlights…ABOUT MATCH
Tomorrow we have a difficult match ahead of us because Sassuolo is playing hard, as are we, and the points up for grabs will be important. From now to the end of the championship I believe that the matches will all have the same cliché, both against teams that are playing for an important ranking and against opponents who are fighting like us to remove themselves from those worst ranking positions and avoid relegation.

We'll see if we change anything in the starting eleven, also because the match comes a few days after the one in Bologna and we could insert some players who are a little fresher both mentally and physically.

When you always lose mentally you are not at peace, that's for sure. It would take a jolt, an important match and a victory to play this championship finale with a different mood and face the coming week in a calmer way. Serenity is a word forbidden to us because until the end we will all have matches that we will have to face with great commitment and competitive determination. The team trained well, we are sorry for the result in Bologna which does not fully reflect what was seen on the pitch. Bologna deserved the victory but the final result was a bit excessive and sorry for the morale of the boys. The performance was partly there and we did something positive, obviously we need to improve on other aspects.

It's an important match, certainly not decisive. For me up to now we have scored 4 points in 4 matches and more or less these are the points we deserve, so from here on we will have to do even better. I would define it as an important but not decisive match. Let's think about the match, who we are going to face, that is, a very dangerous team because they rightly want it, especially in front of their fans, who are serious guys who care, and rightly so.
…SELF CRITICISM
Two things are always important to me: play and danger, balance and compactness with and without the ball. I play to be dangerous, but at the same time I still want to be well placed on the pitch even if I lose the ball. It's clear that when others have the ball I need to have all my teammates, if not behind the line of the ball, attentive and good . Against Udinese we were good for long stretches because we conceded little or nothing to our opponents. There is one thing though: those 3-4 situations where Udinese were dangerous, it was because we had the ball and we were not placed well on the pitch and Udinese if you are not placed well on the pitch beats Juve, Lazio, Bologna. But Udinese like Salernitana. At the beginning of the season everyone thought that Salernitana had made a leap in quality by making a significant signing campaign, it was thought that they wanted to make a leap in quality, confirming that our championship is terrible.
