Meeting Highlights…LAST DEFEAT
It wasn't a good week, it couldn't have been good in terms of mood. The director is a person who can give a lot to everyone, to give a shock. I think he did well, especially for the players. We haven't managed to change the trend, there are many difficulties, especially psychological. We have not found solutions so far, we must take note of this and try to move forward. I agree on the issue of numbers and there is no discussion about numbers.

I want a real football team, from Serie A , as Lecce has demonstrated for much of its journey. My interventions were aimed at looking for the things I had seen, which the team has in its power but which in the last period they were no longer able to.

It's an aspect that I dealt with relatively, I thought only and exclusively about us. The team knows what I consider to be the fundamental characteristics of Salernitana, but we didn't go into detail because there was the need to work on ourselves.
