Empoli is a dangerous team and well trained by an excellent coach. He has potential and is quick on the restart. In these three matches we played with three, because it was better, but we worked on ways of being on the pitch differently. We must be able to recognize different ways of being on the pitch. The team trains with desire, we must continue to consolidate what we are doing, introducing innovations taking into consideration their qualities. Every match gives us the possibility of growth, this Is the purpose of life, not just football.

Salernitana should answer this question, as a professional I can say that if the players are qualitative they bring benefits. Boateng is a very important player, with personality and quality. But we have our own and I blindly believe in them. If the right environmental conditions, a player goes beyond his qualities and that's what I want to do.
