I had football players who worked with him and they always speak really well of him. This is not a coincidence and you can immediately tell that he is adapting. That's the beauty of this league, we have the best, best managers, best rivalries and every game is very difficult.

Arsenal's Form

Winning always helps and protects the soul. This game doesn't need any motivation - it's the most special game of the season. We just need to focus on that.

Martin Odegaard

Great news for the club. I'm really happy for him, he totally deserves it. Martin shows that there are many ways to be effective. It's important to find a place where you feel comfortable, valued and where you can show off your talent. He is loved and respected by everyone.

Partey and Martinelli

Partey definitely won't be able to play. We have the opportunity to watch Martinelli in 2 more training sessions. We will watch and make the decision.

North London Derby

Fans always want to win the next derby, regardless of past matches, and that doesn't change. From our perspective, it's a big challenge for us as a football team starting a journey and trying to have an identity the way we are. There is no greater test than playing away against one of the best teams. This is a great test for us, a great challenge for us. We have to go there and see how we deal with all this.

Spurs' Form

I understand that for many people they will see this as our first real test. If we are successful, great, we are moving in the right direction. If we're not, we still have a long way to go. What's more important to me is how much of our football I will be able to see in such a big game. How many of us can I see against the best opponent? This will give me the biggest indication of where we are. Either way, regardless of the outcome, I would say performance will be my biggest metric, but knowing we still have a long way to go.

Change Inside the Club

A single window would not be enough for us to establish the squad we wanted, and it would not take several months to have the structure we wanted. I think we will improve over the next 12 months and find our potential within a few years. All such things are a natural consequence of the club deciding to change direction last year.
