…WARNING TO TEAM

Everyone must improve in their daily work, in the run-up to matches. The players are the ones who play. They are the ones who make us win the matches. We put a strategy in place. Afterwards, it is up to them to win. We cannot do otherwise. We can no longer play. It's up to them to be serious, and to perform well. They have the capabilities, they have already done it. But we must not look at our navel, we must work for the team.

…LACK OF WIN

It's true that in eleven matches, we've only won against Metz. We've had draws too, but with draws, we don't make much progress. And then there are the three points that were taken away.

…INJURIES

Henrique is not fit to play, he has tendon discomfort, but he participated in training. Johann Lepenant is back. He needs to find sensations and playing time in 11 versus 11 opposition. Jake O'Brien came out in training, it was preventive, he will be travelling.

…ROTATION

Tomorrow's session will provide some guidance. As we rotated the squad during the previous two matches, all players are available for the trip to Montpellier. I don’t have a strategy for staff rotation. I do based on day-to-day events. The idea is to pay attention to the reaction of the locker room and the team's performance. It is constant reading and workforce management depends on it. There is no good recipe, there is the feeling of the moment, that’s all.

…OPPONENT

We have just had two victories in different conditions to those we have experienced before. The idea is to do a third in a week to make it three. It will give our season a good boost and allow us to prepare for the future with peace of mind.
