You naturally move from challenge to challenge, and I think what lies ahead is our biggest challenge now, but we need to be excited about it. We are off to a very difficult start and this is another added challenge, but we will do our best. All I ask of players is to surrender their absolute max.

When bringing players from abroad, you should try to get them early. I have to compliment Sandro on how he adapts to the changes. He really did a good job. Ideally you want to get them early. We are glad we finished most of our transfers early and I think we are in a good place.
