Meeting Highlights…HOPE
My meeting with my staff, we do it often. The meeting with the supporters is very important, it is peaceful. I felt the fans' love for the team. What we are doing is not enough, we must do more. Our results are not satisfactory. All these meetings were very important this week. Nothing is lost.
…AGGRESSIVE PLAY
We must clearly define what we mean by aggressiveness. The supporters talked about it too. In modern football, you have to understand what that means. It's a question of the mind. We lack continuity. It's not just a lack of aggression. I want to control the game, build through possession. I have a character but I have to understand the audience I have in front of me. It's not an individual problem, it's the whole team. You have to be a little more aggressive but without going overboard because that could have consequences and you could end up at 9 or 10.
..MENTALITY
During my coaching career, I have always tried to build a mentality. If a player wasn't 100%, I didn't put him on the scoresheet. Here, in Marseille, I told myself to be calmer. I paid attention to the atmosphere. If I put a player on the bench, people will ask me why. I have to make progress, I wasted too much time, did too many calculations. You must send a signal after the 2nd or 3rd time.

Georges has demonstrated that he has qualities and efficiency that he must rediscover. Lamkel Zé is a player that I know perfectly with all his qualities and all his faults. It’s a challenge for both. Both players have qualities and they have proven it.
