It will be a very stimulating match, they are strong and healthy and we will play at home. As always we have a lot of motivation to play our match. We can't wait to get on the pitch, we are coming off a good week of work.

The seasons are long and it is not easy to identify the best moment of my two-year period. We have grown a lot, especially in the difficulties. In Monzello we work with a smile, and this is the most important thing. Football is about stimuli, motivation comes from this. We must try to do these last three matches in the best possible way because we still have many objectives to achieve such as the 100 point quota in two years, we all deserve it. We must always be ambitious and over time we have raised the bar a bit, having been one step away from Europe. I don't know if there will be a prize in case of qualification in Europe, in this case the club will take care of it. Staying in Serie A for another year never having been afraid of relegation is already a huge achievement. In my two-year period, the match I digested the least was the one in Turin against Torino. There are many that I am proud of, from Milan this year to Juventus, without forgetting this year's match against Lazio. I told the team that I might not even coach at the moment, they know how to do everything independently and this is synonymous with great growth.

I don't like talking about individuals but Andrea has had a great journey. He had a difficult moment in the central part of the championship but now he's doing great and against Lazio he played an amazing game. Is he ready to make the big leap? For me, yes. I want to congratulate the Italians and the Italian coaches in Europe: from Roma to Fiorentina to Atalanta, we face a very strong team and club, I want to compete with them. My personal journey ? The best ideas come to me at night, this work is done by continuing to study, you always have to keep up to date. Football is constantly evolving.
