Jefferson Lerma is unavailable having picked up an injury. We will miss him for at least until Manchester United, so for this week we have three games in six or seven days. Centre-back Rob Holding is back in contention for this weekend. I am pleased that Rob Holding is back. He trained for the whole week with us and he will be in the squad.

If you asked me one hour before, I would say, 'Oh my god - what weather we have!' But now it is sunny. I would say my mood changes four times a day because of the weather, but the rest I really enjoy. I enjoy working with all the members here at the club and all the players and the staff. I enjoy the Premier League and of course I enjoy London, but not the traffic. I don't want to talk too much about the Liverpool game because it's over. It's one week ago and it was a great win, but it didn't help us win against West Ham. Of course, maybe regarding confidence, but what we have to do on the pitch is very important.

He’s been brilliant. They were in the quarter-finals of the Europa League this season. They won the Conference League last season. The season before, they were in the semi-finals of the Europa League. I don't know their exact league positions in the last years, but yes, it's a very good team and he's a very experienced manager.

Nayef Aguerd and Konstantinos Mavropanos, midfielder Kalvin Phillips and goalkeeper Alphonse Areola will all be assessed before Sunday's game. George Earthy is following concussion protocols after the head injury he sustained against Fulham but looks fine and was at the club watching training earlier in the week.
…IMPROVMENT
Last year we did it by winning a trophy - it wasn't our league position. Our league position this year has improved greatly and we've been around the top seven or eight all season. We know the level of the opponents who are challenging for those positions so it'll be tough. We've enjoyed it and if we can get back into Europe again, it would be great.

He was the Frankfurt manager when we played them in the UEFA Europa League a couple of years ago. It's good to see him in the Premier League, because he's a great manager. Palace had a good result last weekend against Liverpool, but we'll try and get a result there.
