I tell him every time I see him and I'll tell him again this week. 'What are you doing? What are you doing this for?!'. In a beautiful way! He is an amazing guy and was always great with me when I met him when I was young. I also know from some of the other works I have done, such as 'Leaders in Sports'. He is always at those events and speaks very intelligently.
Team Status
I think some games require certain ways of playing. We hope to do better with the ball, we have to make that clear. The defensive side was very good in the last match. It's nice for me to see different ways to influence games throughout the season in the Premier League, especially if you're not superpowers, Manchester City, I'm quite experienced at it. You have to stretch and change, that's what I've learned and we can do that.
