…INJURY REPORT

Ethan Pinnock and Kevin Schade will not be fit to face United as they recover from ankle and thigh injuries respectively. Their progress is going in the right direction but nvolvement in upcoming games against Brighton and Aston Villa will be tight. Schade has been on the grass fully training with the group from the beginning of the break, and that’s positive. I’m really looking forward to welcoming him back into the squad soon.

…FAN SUPPORT

It’s very important that we stick together and we keep pushing together. We can only do it together with the fans. The fans are crucial. The fans were very good at Burnley in a very tricky, tough situation where we had to fight and be together, and I really appreciated their support throughout the game. We could really hear them and feel them.

…ABOUT MATCH

We are expecting a tough match against United. We are preparing well and looking forward to play the match.

…PREPARATION

The players go to international duties in other teams and play styles and systems and now they return and they have to get back where they were, in our way of playing. Yesterday we started this process. It is a short slot and we have to be ready but we will be ready.

…INJURY REPORT

There is a chance that Lisandro Martinez will be in the squad. We missed him every game because he brings composure and calmness in the team and a winning attitude, which he expresses very clearly in the team and that contributes to our levels. I expect Luke Shaw back before the end of the season. He is still on schedule and will return to our team.

KOBBIE MAINOO

I thought Mainoo's performance for England was very good but we are not surprised. We have seen that he can adapt very quickly to high levels and it looks very natural to him.
