The decisions for a coach are characterised by greater freedom. Now everything can be coached like a cup game. Long-term goals no longer have any meaning.
Those responsible know my analysis. It is a very self-critical analysis, but not an analysis for the public. Basically, the relationship is characterised by respect. We have clear expectations, which are always clearly communicated. If the relationship with the players were bad, someone else would be sitting here today.
These are boys who have learned to be winners over the years. They have all won the Champions League, are German champions umpteen times and are currently struggling with a situation that they don't want . And they will do everything they can to make it better.

Marco Rose
Manager on RB Leipzig...INJURY REPORT
Lukas Klostermann was substituted in the 23rd minute against Borussia Mönchengladbach and is currently ruled out. Information about his injury. Peter Gulacsi completed individual training to manage his work load. Our keeper should be ready for the big game in Munich. Yussuf Poulsen , Benjamin Sesko , Dani Olmo and Willi Orban completed either partial team training or individually. All four are available for Saturday.
...FC BAYERN
Of course we know things aren't going smoothly for Bayern at the moment and they're having a hard time. But that's part of football. They're still an excellent team with excellent individual players and a top coach. They have won nine of their last eleven home games. And the truth is that they should have been leading 2-0 in Bochum. With their number of points they would normally be top of the table. But they're not thanks to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. So Bayern aren't that bad. It is and remains difficult to win in Munich, that's for sure. Three points would be very important for us and would give us a boost ahead of the next tough games.
...THOMAS TUCHEL
Basically, I can't influence that. I have great respect for Thomas Tuchel and what he has achieved. We can only influence our performance. And it has to be really good, that's clear. Decisions always have consequences in life and can have an impact in one direction or another. You make decisions to change and improve things. Sometimes it gets better, sometimes it doesn't. We concentrate on ourselves, that's the most important thing.
