The reverse fixture hurt a lot. It's still very present. We don't know exactly what they'll do tomorrow - they play with different formations. SGE have tremendous pace in attack, they're also effective and quick in transition. We'll have to minimise the number of times we give the ball away, which is also good practice for Tuesday. If not we'll be punished. It's difficult to prepare systematically for Frankfurt because they vary a lot.

...PREPARATION

As usual, we need a good mix of high attack and patience to defend in the deep block. It is always due to the quality of the opponent when you are pushed back. Bayern are an absolute top team with a lot of quality in all positions that will be able to restrict any opponent at times. We need good staggering and good order, but we also have to keep making the transition to higher pressing and a higher chain position. We need good sharpness against and structure with the ball, and we also want to have more possession than in the first leg. Saying from the outset that we're going to put the bus in the back doesn't suit us or me. We will do everything we can to take something with us. The boys have to step on the gas and play football passionately. We saw in the first half of the season that we can be dangerous in all phases of the game.
