Darmstadt

We must be fully alert and focused on our game. The match against Darmstadt will be difficult. There are lots of set balls and long balls in their games. We have to get these situations under control. We don't want to make mistakes against weaker opponents than us.

UEFA Europa League

Our main focus is on the Darmstadt game, but we look forward to the Europa League. This is a reward for the hard work from last season. We want to compete and obviously go as far as we can. The group stage will not be easy. We will enter all games with maximum respect.

Leverkusen

We want to present a good game in Leverkusen. We want to show what we did well in the last 2 games. Bayer has a coach who is not just an outstanding football player. It was also an absolute success at Leverkusen. I am fascinated by the progress of him and his team. They have a strength in the team to help them play for the championship.

Team Status

I see an improvement with us. After the cup was over, we were able to score points in Frankfurt. We also took a small step against Union despite 1:4. I allow the team to still be in the self-discovery phase.
